All great schools are built on the strength of strong ethical leadership, and solid pillars that cannot be knocked down. The pillars are an analogy for competent students that hold the school together. Every competent student is another pillar that further solidifies the school. Without students to teach, a school does not exist. When students grow mentally, physically, and spiritually, it is very satisfying to me. It is a verification of my ability as an instructor. As I teach, I become a better instructor. I am very passionate about teaching my students, so when students leave the school, it is always a sad day for me

Students come into the school not knowing much about the Martial Arts. They develop over time with the strict emphasis on fundamentals. It is also important to apply study technology. They include the defining of all terminology, so there aren't any misunderstood words. Literacy is a major factor in a student's understanding of a subject. It is necessary to supply the "mass" or the "visible item," so a student has a picture in his mind from which he can use as a reference point when recalling. It is vital to use proper gradients when teaching material to students, so they do not get overwhelmed. A lack of any of the above will cause a student to eventually leave the school. When I apply study technology, my students grow, and it is uplifting and satisfying.

I have been teaching for over eighteen years. Every year I teach I become a better instructor. Sometimes students present you with questions that have never been posed, so it is mental stimulation. I have to come up with a way to communicate the answer so the student will understand it conceptually. I have done lectures and seminars so many times on the same subjects, so I have discovered new creative ways to communicate the same material. An instructor's teaching skills can always improve, and they improve because of his students.

I am very passionate about teaching. If one is going to teach children and adults, one better have a tremendous amount of passion. It is a tremendous responsibility to make certain that information and techniques are duplicated 100% correctly by one's students. Otherwise, one loses the integrity of the knowledge. I love my students, and they are important to the success of the school. When an instructor develops competent products, the school wins in reputation. The society wins overall.

I always put everything that I have as a being into teaching my students. It is important to me that I maintain a high degree of standards. It is important to me that my students are competent. My assistant instructors put a lot of effort and time into the development of our students. Our school believes in loyalty, and we put that loyalty to the test every time we teach. Sometimes parents do not understand that loyalty to a group especially a good one is important to the social growth of the child. If at any time, a parent pulls out a student just because he feels like it, it doesn't teach their child that loyalty is important. My staff and I are always saddened when a student leaves the school because we care and we give so much of ourselves to the development of each student under our care.

Every student is important to us, and important to the success of our school.
